Has the black bracket of the bottom packer been removed? (The black bracket of the bottom packer is for reinforcement in transportation, remove it when the machine is in use; otherwise, violent vibration and big noise, even off-odor, burnt smell will occur.)
Is the machine used on the bottom packer? (The bottom packer should be removed prior to use.)

How to do if water spills onto the floor?

The inner and outer drain hoses get loosed or burst. Treatment: re-assemble the loosed outer drain hose (press down the clip for fixing the hose, push the joint of the hose to the end in the loose state of the hose, and fix the clip to prevent loosening), and call for service when inner drain hose gets loosed or burst.
